FINDING THE RIGHT MATERIALS

Tràfilo uses a wide range of extruded and co-extruded plastic materials chosen to match with the customers’ requests.

How we choose the materials

Starting from a drawing, a sample or a specific need, we define the concept and evaluate its technical aspects.

We select the most suitable materials and assess the production’s costs according to quantity, packaging and transport.

We finalise the design and set up the equipment that will be used in the production phase.

After testing and sampling, a pre-production batch is made, after which correct production is started.

We don’t just manufacture extruded products. We ensure that the product meets the customer’s original requests, we analyse the performance and we are here to solve any problem.

In most cases we produce customised solutions. We become partners with our customers and provide them with a know how that covers a wide range of industrial sectors.
